Honey
A limited number of 12 oz bears of late season 2010 dark honey. We prefer to sell these locally. In our experience local honey is wonderful for alleviating pollen allergies.
Maple Sugar Candy
This is the real thing, 100% maple, nothing else. Unless you buy it at a sugar house, all too much “maple candy” is cut with high fructose corn syrup or cane sugar. There is a video of it being made up on YouTube.

1 quart of 2011 maple syrup, New Hampshire grade B. Please note that in New Hampshire, unlike Vermont, grade B is a color grade only and off flavors are not allowed. We don’t have them.
